We do not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or usefulness of this service. In no event will we be liable for any special circumstances, lost profits, indirect damages, or other damages, and our aggregate liability to any customer will not exceed $50. However, this disclaimer and limitation does not apply if such damages are caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

There is no limit to the maximum amount of points that can be purchased, held, and used.

Points purchased through the K MANGA app / website have no expiration date.
However, each point may expire in accordance with Article 11 of the “K MANGA” Terms of Use.

Customers may use the points within the "K MANGA" service only.

Customers can ascertain the unused balance through the "Shop" feature in the app or via "My Page" on the website.

Pursuant to the Payment Services Act, we are required to secure not less than one-half of the unused balance as of each reference date in order to protect holders of prepaid payment instruments. We have entered into a Security Deposit Guarantee Agreement with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation to secure an amount equivalent to one-half of the unused balance of prepaid payment instruments held by customers. In the event of our bankruptcy or other insolvency proceedings, holders of prepaid payment instruments will be entitled to priority repayment ahead of other creditors.

In the event that a customer suffers damage caused by fraudulent acts committed by a third party in connection with prepaid payment instruments issued by us, we shall not be liable unless such damage is attributable to us. However, in cases where we recognize special circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, exceptionally provide compensation to the affected customer. If you become aware of any unauthorized or fraudulent use against your will, please contact the Consultation desk listed in Section 5. Furthermore, in the event of, or if there is a risk of, fraudulent transactions, we will promptly disclose necessary information when we deem it necessary to prevent the spread of damage (secondary damage) , taking into account the nature of such fraudulent transaction.
