In no event will we be liable for any special circumstances, lost profits, indirect damages, or other damages, and our aggregate liability to any customer will not exceed $50. However, this disclaimer and limitation does not apply if such damages are caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

    There is no limit to the maximum amount of points that can be purchased, held, and used.
  9. 9. Expiration Date of Prepaid Payment Instruments
    Points purchased through the K MANGA app / website have no expiration date.
    However, each point may expire in accordance with Article 11 of the “K MANGA” Terms of Use.
